Packages
Simple day rates. The van comes with every booking.
Every day is wet-hire: the 1-ton grip and lighting van comes with me on every booking. One person to book, one invoice.
The equipment packages cover what an interview, b-roll, corporate, or lit narrative day needs: lighting for two or three setups at a time, shaped and powered, for a crew of up to six. Need more than the van carries? I source it from a deep network of Atlanta vendors and quote it with the job.
Gaffer + Grip Van

Me as gaffer with the full grip and electric (G&E) package.

The Docu DP Day ($2,500) and the DP + Gaffer Day ($3,500) add the camera package: cameras, lenses, and accessories, carried in the same van. Nothing rents dry; the gear works with me on it.

Rate mechanics
The complete rate mechanics
Every term, in one table. If it isn't here, ask me and I'll add it.
| Day length | A day is 10 hours. |
|---|---|
| Overtime | 1.5x after 10 hours. |
| Half days | 50% of the day rate, only adjacent to at least one full day. |
| Minimum | One-day minimum. |
| Weekends | Same rate seven days a week. |
| Travel | Included within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia State Capitol; beyond that, quoted. |
| Tech Scout | $500 for four hours. |
| Cancellation | Free 48+ hours out. Inside 48 hours, reschedule within two weeks of the original date or the cancellation fee is the first day of the booking. |
| Deposit | 25% before the first shoot day. |
| Payment terms | Net 30. |
| Payment methods | ACH, check, or card; card adds 3%. |
| Multi-day discount | Book four days, the fifth day is 50% off. |
| Expendables | Included. An unusually large amount of something is billed at cost. |
| Additional crew + equipment | Available, quoted per job. A sound mixer and a grip is the Full Crew Day at $5,000, four crew on one invoice. |
| Meals | Provided by production, or billed. |
